EXIMIA CIRCLE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, applying for, or becoming a member of EXIMIA CIRCLE ("EXIMIA"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is offered at the sole discretion of EXIMIA. Applications may be accepted or rejected without assigning any reason.

3. Membership Fees

Membership fees are payable in advance and are valid only for the membership period purchased.

4. No Transfer of Membership

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Members may not assign, transfer, resell, or share their membership benefits with any third party.

5. Community Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Treat all members, speakers, and staff with professionalism and respect.
  • Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or disruptive behavior.
  • Not solicit other members for unrelated commercial purposes without prior written approval.
  • Maintain confidentiality of private discussions and member information.

6. Confidentiality

Members shall not record, distribute, reproduce, or publicly share any content, presentations, research materials, event recordings, or confidential discussions without prior written consent from EXIMIA.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, reports, branding, trademarks, and resources made available through EXIMIA remain the intellectual property of EXIMIA unless otherwise stated.

8. Changes to Membership Benefits

EXIMIA may modify, replace, enhance, or discontinue specific benefits, speakers, events, or features based on business requirements and availability.

9. Suspension and Termination

EXIMIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership without refund if a member:

  • Violates these Terms;
  • Engages in unlawful conduct;
  • Misuses confidential information;
  • Damages the reputation or interests of EXIMIA or its members.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXIMIA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of its services or reliance on any information provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, India.
