No Refund Policy
All membership fees paid to EXIMIA are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds, partial refunds, or credits shall be issued under any circumstances.
- Refunds will not be granted due to non-usage of membership benefits.
- Refunds will not be provided if a member chooses to discontinue participation before the end of the membership period.
- Failure to attend events, sessions, or utilize available benefits shall not entitle a member to any refund.
- Termination of membership due to violation of EXIMIA policies shall not result in any refund.
Members are encouraged to carefully review the membership benefits before completing payment.
